How To Cook Aloo Keema Pattice (galettes) At Home

1tsp. garam masala
swab to taste
2tbsp. oil painting for frying
For the Coating

1 mug each- purpose flour
2tbsp. cornstarch
1tsp. swab
2tbsp. oil painting
Water as demanded
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in interspersed water until they're tender. Once they're done, drain and mash them in a coliseum.

In a separate visage, toast the oil painting over medium heat and add the diced onions. Cook until they're soft and translucent, about 5 twinkles.

Add the diced garlic and cook for another nanosecond.
