Aloo Palak

4 medium- sized potatoes, peeled and diced
bunches of spinach, minced
onion, minced
tomatoes, minced
green chilies, minced
teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander cream
1 teaspoon red chili cream
1 teaspoon turmeric cream
1 teaspoon garam masala
tar to taste

Instructions
Wash the spinach fully and hash it into small pieces. Set it down.
Peel and bones the potatoes into small cells. wash them under cold water to remove any spare brio and set them down.
Heat oil painting oil in a large frying visage and add cumin seeds. Cook until they start to splutter.
Add minced onion and cook until they turn translucent.
Add minced tomatoes and green chilies to the visage and cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Add all the spices to the visage and mix well.
Add the diced potatoes to the visage and mix them with the spices.
Cover the visage with a lid and cook on medium heat for 10 beats or until the potatoes are partial- cooked.
Add the minced spinach to the visage and mix well with the potatoes.
Cover the visage with a lid and cook on low heat for 15 beats or until the potatoes are fully cooked and the spinach is wilted.
Stir in the garam masala and swab to taste.
Serve hot with rice, naan, or chapati.
