2 tbsp gram flour

To prepare the Lagan ki Seekh, follow these way
In a large mixing bowl, add the beef hash, minced onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, red chili cream, garam masala cream, cumin cream, coriander cream, black pepper cream, and tar. Mix well and set aside for 30 beats.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and add the gram flour. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
Add the egg and gram flour amalgamation to the beef hash amalgamation and mix well.
